CKPT Files Lawsuit Against eBay

In August 2004, CKPT, along with the Thornton Law Firm, filed suit in federal court on behalf of the Embroidery Software Protection Coalition against eBay and PayPal.  The suit alleges claims for contributing with copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, and unjust enrichment.  The Dallas Business Journal focused on this suit in a full article published on August 8, 2004.
