Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor, LLP (CKPT) is pleased to announce the formation of a practice within the litigation section devoted to shareholder disputes. Partner, Mark L. Taylor will chair the shareholder oppression practice based in Dallas, Texas.

CKPT’s shareholder oppression practice will provide aggressive representation to investors facing disputes related to withheld dividends, expansion and corporate opportunities, forced sales, and dilution of ownership. Additionally, the practice group will aid clients with the enforcement of shareholder agreements, fraudulent claims against majority shareholders, as well as the negotiation of buy-sell agreements.
