Keith’s practice focuses on intellectual-property
(patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets) protection
and prosecution and counseling clients on managing their IP
risks and assets. Keith has significant experience in
prosecuting patents before the United States Patent and Trademark
office in a wide variety of technologies. Keith also has extensive
experience counseling clients in evaluating competitors IP
portfolios and actively pursuing technologies clear of those
portfolios. Keith’s practice also includes management
of foreign counsel prosecuting patents outside of the United
States.
