Associate

Ms. Bandy's practice is focused on intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. She has a strong background in commercial disputes including, breech of contract disputes and professional negligence disputes. Ms. Bandy also has extensive experience with trade secret disputes in the oil and gas industry, the cosmetic industry, and the telecommunications industry. In addition, she counsels clients on litigation matters involving copyright disputes as well as trademark disputes.
