Jeff's practice focuses on business transactions, intellectual property issues, and corporate compliance for emerging technology, retail, industrial, and manufacturing companies. Jeff has extensive experience developing and negotiating a variety of distribution, employment, licensing, strategic partnership, joint venture, and acquisition agreements for both large and small businesses.  Jeff also has extensive experience representing venture capital companies in investments in emerging companies and has represented numerous emerging companies in obtaining private equity.
