James Doyle is an associate in the Dallas office of Cash
Klemchuk Powers Taylor LLP. James is a trial attorney whose
practice includes the representation of various business entities
and individuals in disputes involving a variety of matters
including intellectual property, insurance coverage, personal
injury, construction/design defect, products liability, state
regulatory issues, breach of contract, general negligence and
other business torts. James represents clients in pre-litigation,
as well as before trial and appellate courts, arbitrators,
and mediators. James has had primary responsibility for all
aspects of trial and pre-trial preparation including pre-litigation
analysis, demand, negotiation, and claim resolution; institution
of litigation; depositions; discovery; mediation; motion practice;
settlement negotiations; and strategic planning of litigation.
James has successfully argued motions and appeals before various
courts in Texas, and has experience trying cases in both a
lead and assistant capacity.
Though born in Iowa, James was raised in Houston, Texas; attended
college in central Texas; and originally came to Dallas to
pursue theological studies. Prior to entering the legal field,
James worked for a national recruiting firm based out of Philadelphia
that focused on technical staffing needs for information technology,
telecommunication, and aerospace firms; such as IBM, Nokia,
and Lockheed Martin. James has graduated from two seminaries;
completing his last theological course of study at Southern
Methodist University’s Perkins School of Theology. Following
seminary, in May of 2002, James graduated with honors from
Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
James has been licensed to practice law since November 2002.

the particular Judge’s Court to successfully prosecute
a personal injury case
