Darin’s practice focuses on intellectual-property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets) protection and prosecution, commercial and business litigation, and negotiating entertainment-related agreements.  Darin has significant experience in litigating patent, trademark, copyright, and trade-secret disputes, which complements his patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution experience.  Darin also has extensive experience representing clients in commercial and business disputes, particularly software development, trade-secret, and non-compete disputes.  Darin’s practice also includes intellectual-property licensing and technology agreements.
